FREE/REDUCED LUNCH FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR. IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED A FORM FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR AND BELIEVE YOUR CHILD(REN) WILL QUALIFY PLEASE DO SO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
